I purchased a refrigerator from a well-known American brand, only to discover on day one that the freezer door did not seal properly. I dealt with Vahan and Sally but mostly Sally. She is amazingggg!!! She knows exactly what she’s doing and address all my concerns right away. I spent a lot of time on the phone with her, she was patient each time and made sure I understood everything and was soo detailed. Jeep gave me the hardest time before I was introduced to Vahan and Sally, but Sally kept pushing them to do their job properly. Honestly could not be more satisfied with the way they do their job. Just amazing. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs their services.
