DO NOT HIRE THIS FIRM !!! I have had a case pending with them since they were still DYA Law Group (David Yeremian & Associates). I was in a car accident February 2024 and everything started off good, the lawyer I talked to when I first called was named Fabio and he said my case was very simple and straight forward since the other driver accepted 100% liability at the accident scene. The at-fault drivers insurance paid for my wrecked car and settled on an amount for me and my son’s bodily injuries and sent out the settlement checks to this firm very quickly after the accident. I talked to the case manager a few times, got through the medical treatments and in May I signed all the paperwork through DocuSign. Through an email with the “lead settlement negotiator” Ms.Maggie Zobian told me it would be about 3-4 weeks until I received my part of the settlement. Then they went silent. No calls or Emails about my case for months until I finally reached out to them myself in August, and since then they have been giving me the same exact response anytime I call and ask for an update, it’s always “your case is in lien negotiations, we’ll call you when we’re done”. I have sent multiple e mails to my “lien negotiator” (Ms.Juana Jaramillo) since the first email she sent me on August 5th and have gotten no response back. On that first and only email she assured me that it would be 14 days more and that I could email to get more details.(pictured below) I only got medical treatment a few times a week for about 2 months from 2 places that are in the exact same suite in a medical building and 1 set of MRIs, so I do not understand what could be taking them so long, or why they can’t explain anything regarding these negotiations to me. On one of the calls back in August the person who answered the phone told me they had lost a lot of staff and they were behind on a lot of cases, but it has now been almost 2 months since that so I am extremely disappointed in this firms handling of my case. I am now left hanging and wondering when, or if, my settlement will ever make its way to me. If you are looking into hiring this firm learn from my experience and the 2 most recent reviews below mine and hire somebody else.

Please stay away from this firm! I don't think they have actual lawyers working there, since they refuse to disclose information to me and it seems to be all case managers. They have handled my case since June 2023, they have lied multiple times mentioning that they are negotiating my bills, but after speaking to a lawyer from another law firm just now, they mentioned it should not take about 6 months to negotiate. I try calling and asking to speak to a supervisor or an actual lawyer and they never reply, I call and they say they will call back but it takes weeks to get a response. Their new team members have even admitted to me that because they had so many people leave the firm they left my case to the side. This has been a nightmare, and they refused to provide me with information regarding negotiations which is in fact against the California Bar code. I truly hope that they are held accountable for their neglect and lack of attention to clients.

Please do not hire this firm! They will not return your calls and will lie to you every time you call. I’ve been working with this firm for two years. Myself and daughter and wife were in an accident and were told many times incorrect information or lied to. I’ve been told that the case would be finished in May yet it is still not completed. My wife and daughter’s case was closed in late June and my case is still in negotiation. How is this possible when I was told they sent out my docusign back in July -? I called again and was supposed to get a new email sent- nope, no call or email. Then come to find out they’re still negotiating my case in August? Why if my wife’s case has been over already. I just want honesty and for someone to actually keep their word. **Update** After posting this review I was contacted by Alex. Alex was amazing- he let me vent and got the job done in less than a week. He was honest and kept his word. He also kept me updated along the way. Very sincere and I wish I had dealt with him from the beginning.
