I had family of squaters. Lived on property for two months when I hired this lawyer the squaters started to do illegal activity and stoled my identity. (basically a family of gypsies living rent free moving house to house doing fraud).They also had 50 other cases of unlawful detainer. Lawyer promised me 4 to six weeks to get them out took her 3 months for the process and when we went to court she was acting like she was the squater lawyer and offered them a deal of not paying nothing plus another month and will not affect their credit this family lived 7 months rent.free plus what I spent on lawyer and repair a grand total of 20k . I do not recommend this lawyer. Dont waste your time or money she will not put any effort in your case only your money.
