My husband and I are clients of Robert K. DAndrea. He is the most knowledgeable and credible immigration lawyer you could hope to have! Because of Robert’s expertise, we were able to get the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative approved, the I-601A Provisional Waiver of Grounds of Inadmissability approved, Immigrant Visa approved, and finally Permanent Resident Card granted. Our legal journey was successful only because of Robert K. DAndrea and his law corporation! When it is time for my husband to apply for citizenship, there is no other lawyer we will trust and turn to again, but Robert! Attorney Bob D'Andrea handled both initial filing and RFE respond of my H-1B petition. The approval comes only days after the RFE documents mailed out. What can I say? My whole family in the party mode a few days after! My H-1B case isn't particularly complicated or drastic. However, the political climate in 2019 makes every H-1B case an uphill battle. During the preparation of my H-1B filing, I found D'Andrea is always up-to-date with both established statute and USCIS's inconsistent processing procedures. I have worked with Bob D'Andrea and his team since 2002. They have always done an excellent job for my family members and even for our company employees. Robert and Susu are very professional. No complain on their service! I highly recommend this Immigration Law Firm for whatever Immigration Issues that you have. They know the rules. I was supposed to go to other lawyer in pasadena for my case until I found Dandrea Law Office in Glendora in which the city where I live. I also read very positive comments about this law firm until I decided to call them make an appointment for initial consultation. They are very transparent and equal on handling same sex marriage like my case. Attorney Robert initially was our first contact in the firm during our consultation and then Attorney Susu handled our case until It was approved on the same day we went for our interview. I am adjusting status based on marriage to USC. Aileen - the office manager is very professional and will answer every question that you ask whether thru email or over the phone. She advised and guided me as well on where to get my medical exam and what will be the next step. On the day of our interview, Attorney Susu accompanied us as our counsel for my case. She arrived in the USCIS office earlier than us. I felt like I have confidence now since our lawyer is with us during our interview. Let me tell you this, not all Immigration law firms has that service that a lawyer will accompany you on your interview date. Some of them yes they will accompany you but they will have an additional fee on that. Some lawyers will literally leave you behind and they are just with you on filing up USCIS forms. Aileen also keep touch basis with us all throughout the process and always email me updates on my case. Attorney Susu also make sure that we are all prepared prior to interview by doing a mock interview on us. I highly recommend Atty Robert and Atty Susu of d andrea law corp. They are very knowledgeable and expert in all areas of immigration. They were able to submit all the required documents for our green card. They are very straightforward, no empty promises. Ms Aileen, the office manager was also very accommodating. Atty Susu treated me as if Im her only client. Everytime I would email her she would promptly call me back and patiently answer all my questions. I can't imagine myself having a different lawyer.
