He had been working with me even before I got in the US. I am a Filipino teacher in the Philippines and he is the lawyer that processed my H1-B visa and it was amazing how I got it so fast. After a year of working in the US, my employer petitioned me for a permanent residency (green card). He is the same lawyer that helped me process it and after a few years I already have been approved. I am looking forward to work with him again so I can bring my boys here in the US. I hired Robert for my PERM, I-140 and adjustment of status I-485, all approved without any audit! I have been successfully transferred my H1b and approved my Eb1A green card application under Bob's service. Based on my experience, I think Bot is a very professional, practical, and honest. My H1b transfer is a handful because of several months' gap. Bob explained very clearly the potential risk I may have and proposed efficient solutions. He predicted the results and eventually made it approved successfully. For my Eb1a case, Bob thoroughly studied my case for one to two months and wrote the legal brief in a very detailed and convincing way.
