Mr Janke is compassionate and gets the job done.

I retained Joe Winn to represent me in my divorce. I would not recommend him to other clients. Numerous errors were made in my case, his advice was questionable and delivered in a demeaning fashion, and his bills were inflated. I ended up retaining another attorney who proved to be much better, and settled my case to my satisfaction.

Mr. Winn did a horrible job representing me. He overcharged me in his billing, did not return phone calls, signed a divorce decree which contained many errors, even though I had revoked his power-of-attorney to sign for me in writing. He admitted to me that he did not read the decree beforesigning it.
