Chuck amazes me, again and again. He is of the highest moral and ethical character. He is always honest. I would trust him with my life. He is creative, a peacemaker, an optimist, he creates solutions seemingly out of thin air. He always has one more rabbit to pull out of a hat. He knows how to carefully walk through a minefield and avoid pitfalls and Chuck has a compassionate, understanding side, and he can be firm if need be. Chuck works with people very well, he can soothe the most cantankerous adversary. Chuck always keeps me informed on a daily, sometimes minute by minute, basis, and sends me copies of all his correspondence and reports on conversations with all the parties involved. He is responsive, keeps his promises and his deadlines. He is never late, and he never misses a thing. Chuck's knowledge of law is excellent; he always knows the right answer.
