Doug is absolutely worthless. Somehow after multiple conversations, he managed to forget all the basic information I told him when he appeared in Court. I was shocked he was unable to get me off but was really frustrated since he acted clueless about multiple conversations we had. These other reviews are obviously from friends bc I am a real paying customer with real facts. Go somewhere else for legal help.

Doug took care of a few traffic tickets for both myself and my wife. He always kept me informed, took care of everything within the promised timelines and an overall pleasure to deal with

I got a "fix it" ticket that turned out to be a nightmare! The Los Angeles County municipal court had NO WAY to talk to anyone. When they did not get my registration update in time, they gave me an $800 bail and started procedures to suspend my license (plus could not get new court date for 6 months!!). Doug Birns stepped in and told me not to worry, his team went to work and fixed EVERYTHING. He kept me posted and updated on next steps. Luckily I never had to make any trips to LA to resolve. Cannot recommend him more highly!
