En noviembre del 2021 fuy a una consulta con la abogada francés arroyo me dijo que tomaría mi caso ese mismo día me paso con su personal me tomaron huellas y por supuesto mi dinero después de ese día a sido puro dolor de cabeza llamo y me disen que ya tienen respuesta de inmigración que me llamarán para informarme de que se trata y no me llaman en un par de semanas llamo de nuevo y me dise otra persona de los que contestan que aún no envían mi caso porque tienen que revisarlo detalladamente pero se me ase demasiado para revisión por favor no contraten esta abogada no caigan como yo en su enredo se los dise un cliente activo con ellos y tengo las pruebas.

Despues de gastar dinero en otros abogados gracias a dios por aver encontrado a la licenciada Arroyo estoy a un paso de regresar a mi Lindo el salvador gracias de corazon es la mejor

My husband was picked up by ICE for a case that happened 18 years ago and we were in need of a good lawyer. Frances Arroyo was recommended to me and I was told Frances is specialized in the type of case my husband was picked up for, she has been a blessing. Frances did an awesome job at his hearing got him home. I love her positive attitude and honesty. I would recommend her in a heartbeat. You can't go wrong with her service.

I had very bad experience with this legal office. I neve met the attorney, Alejandra the legal assistant interviewed me for less than 5 minutes. I have everything my Foia and documents I took for her to look. She even bother to take a look, Alejandra just gave me a very vague answer and she told me that If I want an answer from this attorney, she'll charge me $1,500 just to review my case. I understand that I had a free appointment, but they want your money that's all. I don't recommend this attorney VERY BAD CLIENT SERVICE. GLAD I DIDN'T HIRE HER!!!

I contacted Frances Arroyo late last year. 2020 was a hard year for all of us. So you can imagine how it made me feel after she just took my money. Ms. Arroyo lack communication skills and gave me the run around about my case. Yes, she was kind when she wanted to take my case but after, she delayed everything and the only way I would hear about my case was when I contacted the office. I mentioned my concerns with her and her staff and she definitely took sides. She did not want to hear my concerns as if they were not valid. She closed my case with no further discussion. I am saddened by her actions.
