Patricia provided sound recommendations on tenant rights when an unruly landlord tried to terminate our lease in the middle of Covid. It is hard to believe that someone would try to do such an unscrupulous thing, but he decided to sell the home in the middle of our lease. Patricia helped guide us throughout the ordeal by protecting our rights, avoiding a law suit and allowed us to leave at the end of the lease.
