I've relied on Tim for well over 2 decades. I've found him responsive, knowledgeable and willing to recommend someone else if he isn't certain about a particular area of law. He's down to earth, doesn't "run up the meter" on billing. Able to stay relaxed and clear (even fun) in what usually are not the easiest of situations if you're calling an attorney.
