Tells me I had a $5000 divorce case that turned into a $50,000 divorce case due to the ex being as he called her, crazy. Didn't get any property back that was on the divorce decree due to her selling it and nothing was done about it. Got stuck for all legal fees that they were going to sue the ex for. And got stuck with mounting credit card debt the ex built up. She also wants my social security that was accrued for half of the marriage. In order to do that, I would have to go to one of their cohorts and file the paperwork to get it started which would cost me $1000 in filing fees. A good comparison of that is like buying a gun and shooting myself with it. Very, very disappointed.

I was charged with assault with a deadly weapon causing great bodily injury and I felt as if no one would believe me about my innocence. I recently had this firm represent me in a spousal surport case Michel said all the right things at the consultation so I paid the fee. They filed the paper work and the court date was set I take the day off and fly back in to ca due to being out of state on work I get to there office at 8am and no one is there mike walks in around 845am calls me in his office and tells me the date has been changed this is after I take the day off so I lose a day's pay and I fly in from out of state that cost a few hundred dollars so we start taking about my case and just by his remarks I could tell he had not even look at my file long story short if your looking for an attorney that truly cares and digs deep into your cases to help you.LOOK ELSEWHERE BEFORE YOU SIGN WITH THIS FIRM. the end result was I had to break a deal with my XWife WITH NO HELP FROM THEM they did the paper work and LEGAL VERBAGE on the deal and filed it but that's all they did. Truly a disappointment for the money I spent if I had an lawyer that cared I feel I could of gotten a better deal. If you are well off and don't mind throwing away thousands of dollars then this is a good firm for you. But if your looking for a firm that work as hard as you do for your pay check then you mite want to go ELSEWHERE. Joseph
