It all started with a Nursing Board case that truly shook me to my core, I was in complete panic when I was introduced to Suzanne after I called the Law Firm she works for via Google search, a man answered the phone, I told him what was going on and he said “I have the perfect person to represent you, I’ll have her call you in the morning”. He didn’t even hesitate to tell me who that person was, it was indeed Suzanne Crouts. The very next day I talked to her on the phone for a LENGTHY amount of time talking about my case and what I needed to do. Not once did I feel rushed or just “another client” with a sob story, she really wanted to help me and hear MY truth, not just some ego driven police report. Suzanne looked at the facts of the matter and put me at ease of what was ahead of me even though I knew it was going to be rough. Not once did she sugar coat or sell me a dream. The way she put together my response as her being my legal representation of my matter to the board was incredible, not one corner was cut short. Now going on around 2 years later she is still checking on me and available when I have questions or concerns. To say Suzanne was heaven sent would be an understatement. Finding a lawyer that goes above and beyond is rare, Suzanne has a true gift and passion, I can’t thank her enough for being apart of this journey with me and standing firm by my side to see through that I finish my probation.
