Over the past several years, since 2022, I’ve left several messages with my information and my husbands name and case information, hoping for a call back since my husband qualified for and is scheduled for resentencing. I have not been able to get anyone to call me back from this office nor the San Benito County Clerk. Nor has anyone reached to my husband or his prison to coordinate transport or virtual hearings. How can the public be fairly defended and represented if the public cannot reach their assigned attorney? Please help.

Mr Giuliano is an excellent Lawyer. I met him through my daughter, he is her divorce lawyer. He is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him!

Riccardo is hands down the best divorce attorney i have ever seen. He helped me quickly to get my divorce situated. Riccardo is extremely intelligent, he remembers details very well and calls the night before you go to court to make sure your ok and go over details, not many attorneys take the time and remember all details of your case. Has not returned any of my phone calls… Maybe she only represents women? I’m not sure. Frustrating to say the least.

I don't know where to begin about Ricardo. I called him miles away from Europe. He told me he'd look at the feasibility of putting the case through and come back to me. When he did it was to present the options available and advise on course of action. Throughout the case he kept me updated especially , considering the distance this was very important. I was in a complicated and sensitive divorce/custody case. Riccardo was very knowledgeable and kind. His confidence kept me hopeful and relaxed. He ended up getting me what I wanted. It was so important to me to get things going in my favor for my divorce and custody case, it meant the safety and well being of my daughter. He didn’t do anything on my case, always brought up money as if I couldn’t afford to pay him. He was good at assuming. One thing is to be stern but another thing is rude. He also brings up that he’s a pastor. I think that’s just to hook people making them think he’s there to help. I completely regret wasting time with him. Not only that but he didn’t even remember the date he was retained. The only thing he remember was getting paid. He didn’t know anything about my case. I’m disappointed. He puts “God “ and “church” in bad standing. He should keep church and “law” separate. Do not waste your time. Especially of you’re not Caucasian.
