Enough good things cannot be said about Jeff and his team. He is extremely prompt to answer all your questions and was pleasant to work with. He could have taken on my case but he directed me to contact Mercedes directly myself file a claim. He said if they did not want to lemon my car he would be more than happy to take on my case.
