From the start Allen was very helpful and full of knowledge in regard to my citation. I didn't have to do a thing, he handled it all. I had a red light violation and he was able to get it dismissed in the city of Garden Grove. I definitely recommend this office and will be sending my friends/family over to him as well. If you’re looking for a professional attorney who will know what he is doing call Allen.

R. Allen Baylis & Associates were efficient and effective in getting my ticket dismissed. (R hand turn at Red light where there was a no R turn sign).

I am a busy physician and was on my way to work when I was stopped by the police. Mr. Baylis was understanding of my situation and represented me in court while I attended to sick patients. No points on my license and I’m very thankful.

I was caught on a traffic camera for not stopping at a red light in Orange County. A few days later I got a ticket from Orange County court by mail. At the same time I received three letters from three attorneys. After I have read the letters I called to Mr. Baylis office and talked with his secretary, I left my phone number with her. A couple of hours Mr. Baylis called me back and he explained me that what can he do for me. ( that's why I like him, he talked with me on the phone ) I hired him to represent for my traffic case. After that he keep in touched with me about my case through the emails. I have never need to go to the court at all. Three months later I received a letter from Mr, Baylis wrote that " The Judge granted our plea which does not incur points on my DMV record " He did what he told me, I am happy for the outcome.

Allen Baylis has been an outstanding lawyer whenever I have needed him. He is probably the best lawyer I have had and I have had a few over the years. He was able to get an 88 in a 50 DISMISSED! Wow I didn't think that was going to be dismissed. Mr. Baylis has been working with me on a separate criminal matter for about 2 years now and he has done a great job. He was running a little late because the court house was in SD county, he promptly called me and let me know we could go in after lunch. That was really nice and very thoughtful, other lawyers leave people waiting till 5pm wondering where their attorney is and court is closing... not Mr Baylis. Whenever I have a traffic violation, I don't worry too much because I know Attorney Baylis will diligently try his best to obtain the most favorable results for me. Not only did he get 3 of my cases DISMISSED, he got a serious traffic violation lowered to qualify for traffic school.
