In reality, just like in old Matlock or Perry Mason reruns, lawyers need to be expert listeners -- not only to sift out the tiny details that can end up getting a case dismissed, but also to establish a feeling of trust with the client. When the client in question happened to be me when I first met with my representative at McCready Law Group, that trust was earned immediately. On top of a totally disarming way of listening to me, my rep was so amiable and transparent that I began to wonder if he was a lawyer at all! I'm being a little tongue and cheek, but If my lawyer seemed a little soft spoken in his offices, he was a Mike Tyson in the courtroom. Nice guys don't always finish last, and lucky for me, this one was in my corner.

Everyone has their opinions and everyone's entitled to them but my experience with the mcready group was good. My questions and concerns were addressed in a clear, concise manner and I was never put in the back burner. When you need a good law group you really gotta do your homework and pick out a good one, I think I picked out a good one with these guys. Something to always keep in mind which is good practice is to document your case well from start to end. This will help both you and those you work with.

I have nothing but good things to say about Robert. He was very straight forward from the get go. He was helpful and walked me through the process and told me what to expect with the process and what he needed from me. He also worked with me on making payments. I met with him initially and only one more time only to wrap up all the paperwork that was to go to the court. After that we just had a conference call-in court date. When you are not a lawyer yourself, it is very helpful that the lawyer you have entrusted to handle your BK provides all the information about what to expect. Knowing this is so important, since you are being recorded by the court trustee. I had no stress the day we had our conference call and there were no surprises. Please save your money. This attorney won't do anything to help you. He takes your hard earned money and fails to do the work he's paid to do. He spends more time scheming on how to get more money from his clients and their family than he does defending his client. He gains your trust then stops communicating with you. If you value your money and freedom DO NOT hire this attorney.
