I couldn't be happier I called Trent and Itzel to help me with my estate planning. They both were very responsive and helped put my mind at ease. I was nervous about the process because I didn't quite understand how it all worked but Trent was patient and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, and I had a lot! Trent is a local, family man and that came across when we spoke. I have a 6 and 8 year old and I can sleep easier knowing their future is protected. I knew I was in good hands after our first meeting. I would absolutely recommend Trent for estate planning and I have a feeling he will be in my families lives for many years to come.

I am a retired CPA looking to set up a living trust to bypass probate which would be very costly and time consuming. I wanted an attorney who specialized in trust and estate planning. So I talked to several attorneys before selecting Trent. He came across as a very personable, honest, straight forward and knowledgeable attorney. He worked very professionally, expeditiously and gave valuable advice. He quoted me a fee which is very reasonable, consider his package includes funding of my properties (transferring titles into the trust) which many trust attorneys don’t do or charge extra. I am very happy with his service and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Trent is a great family law attorney. He was very patient with us and explained all the details of our family trust and its benefits. He was thoughtful, fair and his fees are reasonable. I would recommend him to any party needing a family law attorney.

Trent did our estate planning and wills. Everything was done efficiently. His expertise showed in the questions leading up to the document preparation. We knew exactly how things would transpire when we die. We were able to make provisions for things we didn't realize were issues.

I originally contacted an avvo 10 rated lawyer and he was horrible! Tried another local OC lawyer and I'm glad I gave a less rated lawyer a call! Trent is very patient, gives a complementary meeting to see if you and he can work together, not the cheapest but fair (unlike the 10 rated lawyer who was over priced for creating a single estate plan). I'm looking forward in working with him! I will hire him.

I reached out to Trent for advice on my small business structure. I'm currently a Sole Proprietor and had some questions about making the switch to an LLC. I emailed his office over a weekend and was pleasantly surprised to receive an email back from him directly to set up a time to meet- I assumed I would be put through to an administrative assistant to work out scheduling. That demonstrated right away his commitment to his clients. Trent was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions and even brought up a few important legal issues that I hadn't thought of, but pertained to my business. He was super approachable and easy to talk to. Reaching out to a lawyer to talk business can be intimidating for someone who is new to entrepreneurship! But Trent made me feel very comfortable. One last thing that stuck was how encouraging he was of my business and success I have had since inception. He was really interested in what it was I am doing and seemed to honestly just be really happy for me! (Even though I just met him!) Great guy. I highly recommend Trent and his services.
