Unless this is something simple and easy; then your okay; but if you have major issues then she is not the one. She does not fight for you and the research and advise is not the best. She is a low cost; no thrills and will get the basic things done; but that's it. Does not do email or any technical tools to keep you up to speed. I always had a hard time reaching her and getting answers on my case.
