Lack of communication and attention to client's case
“I met with her once at the court and spoke to her one time on the phone in regards to my case. She was poor at communicating any details about my case and didn't put any care, concern, time, or effort into my case.”

“She billed my parents over $11,000 just to come to my arraignment in Ventura but lowered the costs to $7,000 which was what was paid upfront. I didn't receive any legal advice from her and my family wasn't given any refund after I fired her as my counsel.”
