Jim helped me through a very difficult personal injury case. I had never been involved in a lawsuit before and I had no idea that the process was so horribly long and complicated. When you are trying to heal from an accident it is not easy, but James was there to walk me through it, every step of the way. I had never intended to sue anyone and I had initially hoped just to work with the opposing insurance company since it was clear that they were at fault. Eventually, it became clear that they would not even pay for my medical bills. As we approached the two-year deadline and I decided that I needed to contact Jim, hoping that he would be able to help me at that late date.
