A few years ago, when my mother passed away she had a prepared trust, not prepared by Brian Sterzer. However, a piece of property was not in the trust. Needless to say the property went into probate. Brian helped me maneuver all the legal aspects of handling the trust and assisted with handling the piece of property that went into probate. It was painless and simple with his guidance. Very professional and knowledgeable in his field. Thank you Brian for your help.

My wife and I recently set up a living trust with Sterzer & Associates. We could not be more pleased with the entire process. Brian and Sheri are both friendly and professional and made what I thought was going to be a difficult process simple and easy to understand. They even came to our home to meet with us. I have called them with questions a couple of times since the trust was completed and they were again helpful and friendly. They actually made this process enjoyable, to our surprise. I called this office with questions about a living trust and to schedule an appointment and I spoke with Sheri. I rarely write reviews but I was so impressed with Sheri that I wanted to share my experience. She was so kind and patient listening to and answering several questions I had. She was so knowledgable I thought she was an attorney. She was so easy to talk to and made things simple to understand. I was so impressed I scheduled an appointment for my husband and I to get our living trust done. If anyone out there has questions about a living trust call this office.

I went to Sterzer & Assoc. to get my Will and Trust done. I found him to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He was very patient and was happy to answer all my questions and concerns in language I could understand. He took all the time needed -- I did not feel rushed or pressured at all. He was totally focused on my case. Since his wife/assistant is a Notary Public everything could be handled at his office and in a very timely manner. I was impressed with their thoroughness and efficiency. And with how quickly my finished documents were ready. It gave me great peace of mind knowing my assets will go where I want them to go. Also having my Health Directive done has put my mind at ease as well. I would highly recommend Sterzer & Associates if you want a job well done! And his fee was very reasonable. I am very satisfied!

Absolutely wonderful experience. It was my first time really dealing with any legal matters and I was not disappointed. Brian and Sheri were so very patient and helpful. Brian and Sheri helped me with a very complicated trust that involved 4 children and 6 grandchildren. When Brian finished it, I was handed a Binder with everything labeled and divided into sections that were so easy to read and understand! This firm makes the entire process of estate planning painless and informative the entire way through. Attempting to figure out all of the ins and outs on my own was confusing and overwhelming; however, once I reached out to Sterzer & Associates they were able to walk me and my family through the process step by step. With their help, establishing a trust was straightforward, less painful, and made much more sense. This team is absolutely phenomenal. They are attentive to detail and are incredibly friendly. Upon entering their offices you feel welcome and at ease. This is critical as going through this process is difficult and can make one defensive. But, they were both warm, understanding, helpful, and very knowledgable about the different aspects of the processes.
