I was represented by attorney, Marlene McNeil for my trail by jury. I got found guilty, and was sentenced to 20 years at 85%. The case was appealed by another attorney, at which I was never given all of the court transcripts to present my cade. Because Marlene McNeil only provided my appeal attorneywith portions of the transcripts, l lost my appeal and served 21 years on a case l Am innocent of. For numerous years I wrote to her for intire transcripts to no avail during those 21 years.
