Attorney Collins is on top of it! She explains things extremely well and it has been a true pleasure working with her. I wasn’t aware of how disastrous it would be to only have a will in CA. If you don’t already know, all wills in CA get probated. You need a living trust to avoid it! My brothers pushed me to come to Attorney Collins’ seminar because both of them are clients. Now she has all 3 of us! I knew after having a consultation with Attorney Collins that she was the right woman for the job. She and her team do an exceptional job at making the process easy and comprehensive. They go step by step and check for understanding along the way. I am very pleased with their services.

My parents used the services of Attorney Collins over a decade ago and then went back for an update to their trust in 2018, which is how I became familiar with them.
