As a pastor for 25 years of large Los Angeles churches, my family and I have seen families suffer through probate. We went to a Collins Law Group seminar four years ago but procrastinated. At the Estate Planning seminar, we were reminded just how much we wanted to avoid probate. So when our son really started pushing us to get this planning done, we knew it was time. Our family's future is more secure since having our trust done with this Law Firm. I just happened to attend a free trust siminar my girl friend kept insisting that I attend with her. I finally gave in, and I was pleasantly surprized at how much great information we got with how many pitfalls our families could avoid by taking the trust route into our latter years in life with our eyes wide open rather than taking a chance that everything would just work itself out. The seminar was fantastic. The comprehensive nature of the presentation gave me total confidence in the knowledge and professionalism of Attorney Collins. She made me comfortable and proved that I could find a firm of this caliber in my own neighborhood. I was thoroughly impressed. Attorney Collins exudes excellence in everything she does! My brother became a client in 2014 and since then my husband and I have also become clients. Attorney Collins is knowledgeable and is very sensitive to people’s needs. My brother was under sub-standard conditions from his long-time friend and full-time caregiver. She had been stealing his money for years and never followed through on some of my brother’s most basic needs. Attorney Collins gave me the wonderful knowledge that I can continue to use and educate my family when it comes time to administer my Trust in any way. Attorney Collins laid out the situation for me and my siblings with no equivocation. She was suggesting the remedies available to have the caregiver removed from my brother’s house. She was even able to recommend several reputable services for in home care. Attorney Collins’ ability to keep the situation and meeting calm among people who can be anything but that shows how committed and poised she is when it comes to getting the job done. Her law expertise aside, she has a big heart and love for her clients which shows in everything she does.
