Having no idea how to navigate thru dealing with the manufacturer on a Lemon vehicle, Raphael went above and beyond to review and answer all the questions I had with patience and professionalism! I would highly recommend his agency to anyone in need of hiring a law firm.

Gerry Maggio represented me in a very contentious divorce. This divorce should have been a very simple matter to settle, however my ex took a “scorched earth” approach to the proceedings and contested every aspect of the divorce. This simple matter became very intricate and complicated ending with a five-day trial for the matter to be settled by a judge. The whole process took over three and a half years. During this process Gerry was very patient, thoughtful, thorough and effective. Gerry knows divorce law, the courts and how to navigate both cooperative proceedings and contentious ones. Gerry took each issue at hand and developed a strategy to handle it. Gerry took the time to answer my questions and adjust to my concerns in each situation even though the issues were constantly evolving from month to month. Gerry effectively address the issues in my case while avoiding new conflicts which would have further extended this process. Gerry’s calm methodical nature helped to bring this divorce to a positive conclusion. Although no one truly wins in a divorce, especially when you go to court, I’m glad I had Gerry as my lawyer to guide me through this process and protect me during this very stressful time in my life. The last thing I wanted to add to the months long issue with my car was to hire a lawyer. I knew I wanted a fighter who was not looking for a quick fee and to move on, so when I saw Raphael was an MMA fighter I thought he deserved a call. He was knowledgable, professional and very easy to talk with. My case resolved very positively. While I hope I never need a lawyer again, If I do it will be Raphael.

I was having car issues with my old Inifinity and the dealer was giving me the run around, as well as consumer affairs from Nissan USA. It wasn't until I reached out to Lemon Aid and had the pleasure of speaking with Raphael that things started to change. He guided me to the steps I should take, and what to look for when going to the dealer to report my issues. I was finally able to go through the consumer affairs and did not need to open a case with Lemon Aid. However, even though there was no case Raphael helped and gave me advice all the way through. Spoke to Raphael on the phone at length, sent all the documents for review, and haven't heard in 5 days. Not acceptable. Better get a "real" law firm, not a one man show.
