Best Attorney in OC! To say I had a challenging situation is an understatement. I hired Gerry and the amount of passion and professionalism he exerted in my case (divorce/custody) was a breath of fresh air. Gerry truly cared about me and my case and I could not have been happier with his service. Going through my situation was not easy but i could not have done it without Gerry. After meeting with Gerry, I felt good about his knowledge and ability to understand my situation. He was able to provide guidance on what to expect during the divorce process, set realistic time expectations for the case and answer my questions on likely outcomes. During the process Gerry was able to answer questions on my "what if" scenarios and also keep me focused on the overall case so we can get to resolution instead letting me get too worked up on winning small battles that came up. I was referred to Gerry by a former colleague. Initially, I thought my case would be impossible to have a post marital/post nuptial agreement as courts treat them with special caution. Gerry informed me of the California laws and also ensured that my husband was entitled to be represented as well to protect his rights. My case was not simple to say the least. My ex filed for divorce in two counties simultaneously and tried to hide his income to avoid child support in addition to being a very high-conflict individual (and more). Gerry dealt with my ex's shenanigans with a forceful tone when necessary, but is very even-keeled and calm. He also doesn't encourage useless filings just to be able to charge you for them, which is much appreciated. I was in court almost every other month for a year, but having Gerry fight for me made it more bearable. His staff is great too. I highly recommend him!
