I could sit here all day and brag about my experience with Gerry. He was wonderful from beginning to end. He took the time to explain details to me along the way that I didn't understand as this was my first time getting a divorce and dealing with Child Custody. He was patient, kind, and honest with me the entire time. From the first time I sat down in our consultation I knew that this was the Attorney for me. He is an expert in his profession and had a response for every question I asked, even if I thought my question didn't make sense. He made me feel comfortable, less stressed, and gave me the constant feeling that I would make it through this time in my life and be able to breathe again. I plan on calling upon him again should I need assistance in the future. I highly recommend Gerry to anyone who is in need of a Divorce attorney. I hope you are as pleased as I have been.

Mr. Maggio is my Legal Superhero. I am very happy with the outcome of my case and it would not have been possible without Mr. Maggio and his team, including Carol Sullivan, who were so wonderful to work with! Smart, personable, straightforward, dedicated. Gerry didn't pull any rabbits out of a hat, he just executed solid legal work that saved me a bundle on what was an essentially exaggerated case brought by a vengeful ex-spouse. Words cannot express my appreciation with the job Gerald Maggio did for my sister Gloria Salcedo on her divorce case. Divorce is never easy, but Gerry made a tough time much easier than it could have been. He managed to keep the divorce negotiations calm and focused, even though O/C liked to take on the incendiary tone of my ex on occasion (not to mention keeping me from being my own worst enemy). One of my children has autism, and Gerry was very sympathetic to that, and to the entire family situation. He helped me to see what was best for us all, and focus on being the best dad I could be under the circumstances. I was dreading the experience (who wouldn't?) but Gerry made it all happen as smoothly as it could. At the end of it all, I looked back and realized how much worse it could have been if not for Gerry. The stories I have heard from others about their divorces make me cringe, and appreciate how my situation turned out even more. Thanks Gerry!

Gerald is a kind man who works with you in a proactive, supportive way. I think it was key that he helped me understand and condense the legal vernacular into something I could understand. All paperwork, phone-calls were handled in a timely fashion. He is very calm, polite and professional. He has an astute ability to work with opposing counsel in a manner that was positive and moved my divorce into the arena of mediation rather than confrontation. Gerry represented me with my divorce and child custody case. He was always professional and helpful. I never felt like he was judging me even when the "dirty laundry" was aired and I appreciated it immensely. His knowledge of the law and the family court system was very good. His office staff have always been professional and helpful too. During the last decade when there have been issues or questions, I have always been able to talk to Gerry or someone in his office and get help right away. Mr. Maggio represented me in a family matter. I came to Mr. Maggio from a yelp search which was risky I know. But when I informed Mr. Maggio that the previous attorney really took me for a ride Mr. Maggio really did make me feel comfortable and more importantly made me feel that I could trust him with proper billing. Billing aspect aside Mr. Maggio handled my case professionally and efficiently. I was so happy just to have someone fight for me as if it were his own personal case in court that at the end of the proceeding I gave him a hug.
