I was referred to Lemon-Aid after being frustrated with working my new Tesla Model X which was consistently having problems. Raphael was very knowledgable working in this space, and more so, working with Tesla. Raphael's experience was very prevalent as he was able to navigate all the legal obstacles and inner-workings with Tesla. My best advice to those seeking support from Lemon-Aid or any other lemon law attorney is to document EVERYTHING when dealing with the manufacturer. It will make the process much easier and less painful. I would also recommend being patient and let your attorney do their work. Raphael got the job done and I would recommend him to any other family and friends that needed this type of service.

No results but billed me all the time!

I hired Gerald Maggio to represent me in a spousal support dispute in January of 2022. The process was a pointlessly lengthy one due to many obstructions caused by opposing counsel and my ex, but Mr. Maggio was a godsend throughout the entire process.
