I was inquiring to see if I needed an attorney to help me trademark my business name, luckily I made an appointment with James. He called me right away, we spoke and he informed me that I would be good to go on starting the process on my own and that hiring an attorney may not be necessary for my case. He was also kind enough to send me some informative videos that were very helpful in starting the process as well, which was definitely beyond my expectations.
