Once again, we are truly happy we chose Attorney Jeff Khurgel’s services! My wife’s and my child’s permanent residency case was very delicate and difficult to handle. They were refused for the family based immigration visa at the US embassy abroad. All other attorneys we contacted did not seem to care about our case. We must say that Attorney Khurgel is very professional, communicative, attentive to details, creative and performed very naturally under pressure. We would definitely recommend his services to anyone in need of Green Card or any other immigration related matter. We appreciate Attorney Khurgel and his staff’s help. I have a great experience with Jeff and his team. Attorney Jeff is very knowledgeable. I have been out of status (F1) for more than one year. I did not know what to do because the crucial time is 5-month period. Jeff and Aki helped me to file for reinstatement and submitted in July 10th. I got the approval notice in Nov 1st, which weren't even 4 months (the processing time takes 4-7 months). Aki is very sweet and patient. She answers all phone calls and emails within a short amount of time. I highly recommend Jeff to all students who are under the same circumstances.

Khurgel Immigration helped me filing change of status. Unfortunately, USCIS it took almost an year to approve my application. Khurgel firm has been following up with USCIS very timely which help to expedite the process. Finally i got my approval notice but on USCIS website its still does not show updated status. Thanks to Aki with whom i have been working closely.

I was out of my F-1 student status for more than seven months (5 months is the usual grace period) due to miscommunication with my previous school. Before I found Khurgel Immigration Law Firm, I seeked several law firms about reinstatement, yet they only suggested me to leave the country and reapply with a brand new I-20 because they thought my case in impossible. Mr. Khurgel, however, took my case with confidence and told me it is possible but tough. The next day after we met, the firm sent me a list of items to collect and fill out. It took me 3 weeks to complete and submit everything on the list, and 7 months later, my case is approved. After our first green card application was denied we needed an attorney to file a 601 waiver. We met with three attorneys before deciding to work with Jeff Khurgel. We picked Jeff because he specializes in these cases. His credentials were higher than the other attorneys and most importantly he knows his way around the immigration process. He knows many of the immigration officer at the Orange County office. His name has weight there. I would come to find out later that this was very helpful. After going through the immigration process I can tell you don’t go it alone. Hire a great attorney like Jeff Khurgel.

Great assistance from start to finish on my company's E-2 visa. Mr. Khurgel took us by the hand and guided us through a cumbersome process step-by-step. Our file ended up about a foot thick before filing! He also prepared us extensively for the interview at the Consulate (in Toronto), and now we have a 5-year work/investment visa. He is now assisting my spouse with his work permit too.
