Mr. Weinberg was nothing but respectful and clear when it came to my case. He helped me understand everything about it and without him I don’t know what I would have done. Hiring him was the best decision I’ve ever made.

Bill and his staff are outstanding and my family and I highly recommend his practice. During a traumatic time in our lives, his understanding of our situation and his kindness was a Godsend. He goes out of his way to ensure the best defense. Clients are continuously informed and communication is easy. Cathy is very knowledgeable of all aspects of your case and never fails to provide you with much needed information. Bill's knowledge and recommendations for other services in the Orange County area was extremely helpful. His professionalism and expertise are exceptional. We could not have asked for more. We are so very grateful and appreciative and thank you so very, very much, Bill and Cathy!

Bill has been my criminal attorney for a year and a half now. I was arrested, bailed out and called Bill's office more than a year ago. Cathy answered the phone and I was distraught. I did something out of desperation which added to an already mile long list of white collard felonies. Cathy was a bundle of information and put me at ease upon my release. I retained Bill to watch my case and nothing was filed for 6 months. Just when I thought I was safe, Bill called me to advise me the D.A. filed. He really did watch the progress of my investigation. Every other month I went to court for over a year and watched Bill maneuver my case through the system to get the right D.A., to put me in the right spot light, to request time for this document or that document....I went to counseling, I got doctor notes, I got supportive letters from my employer, my family members...anything he asked to do - I did! He said have faith. Putting your life in someone else's hands is the hardest thing to do. But, I did. And I could not be more thankful, grateful and happy. Bill and Cathy are amazing. The best! When anyone I know or any loved one I know needs any legal help - I will always recommend William Weinberg. He is the Best!

I never thought that I would ever be in need of a defense attorney, until I found myself in dire circumstances related to a DUI. In retrospect, I was lucky to have found Mr. Weinberg on my search. During the consultation, our family let Mr. Weinberg know that we didn't have a single clue of what to do in a situation like this; he was tremendously gracious in explaining to us the entire process, as well as answering any questions we had. He treated us respectfully, with kindness, and I think the part that I treasured the most from the consultation was the fact that he made us feel we were in good hands. Being young at the time, he also told me something that definitely stuck with me even after all these years: "don't let these things discourage you from achieving your dreams". He became a big inspiration for me to move on with my life after the whole ordeal.
Regarding the entire process, Mr. Weinberg and his assistant Cathy (who was just as awesome and personable as Mr. Weinberg) laid out the framework for us plainly, letting us know exactly what I was expected to do, and kept in contact throughout the entire process. He made all court appearances, and guided us through all of my court-mandated duties.
Years later, I contacted him for possible expungement of my case. Cathy was the one who corresponded with me primarily with this as the process was simpler for expungement, but the professionalism and standard of practice was exactly the same. Mr. Weinberg even followed up with me after the successful expungement, to see how I was doing!
All in all, my family and I were very lucky to have found Mr. Weinberg. He and Cathy helped us through a very stressful situation, and I am sure that we are part of a very large group that share those sentiments.

I greatly respect and appreciate Bill Weinberg. His professional and kind demeanor at our first meeting and stellar reputation assured me that I had chosen the best possible attorney to represent me. This was proven to me over again during the course of my case. Establishing a comfortable rapport with Bill was effortless and his assistant Cathy was caring and wonderful to work with. I am beyond grateful for the favorable outcome I ended up with due to hiring Bill. Because of his expertise, experience, and the high regard other members of the legal community have for him, I highly recommend Bill Weinberg as someone that anyone could and should entrust his or her legal matter to with utmost confidence.

Bill is very knowledgeable, understanding, trustworthy and seems to actually care about his clients' well being. In trying times, Bill gave me excellent advice and was someone that helped me feel more at ease despite the legal charge I was facing. I had a first offense misdemeanor DUI with a high BAC, as well as excessive speeding and refusal to cooperate with the police. Needless to say, I was very worried about what would happen to me. There was really no way to get the case dropped or dismissed since there was very concrete evidence against me, however I avoided the mandatory sixty days in jail (due to the fact that I was going 20 MPH above the speed limit while very intoxicated.) I managed to receive thirty days of house arrest instead which isn't commonly given as an option. I am grateful for Bill's help regarding this matter as well as Cathy's assistance. They are both always easily reached by a quick phone call or text and they are always ready to answer any question I may have no matter how small. I would suggest that anyone who needs a criminal defense attorney's assistance to not hesitate and contact Bill immediately, you will not regret doing so.

If you need an honest and hard working attorney, I would highly recommend William Weinberg. Mr. Weinberg spent considerable time advising me on the approach to take to resolve my case successfully. He then negotiated with the DA’s Office to have my case dismissed. He and his staff are the consummate professionals and very easy to work with. But most importantly, Mr. Weinberg will work very hard to get you the results you want.

I contacted Mr. Weinberg on Friday morning regarding a case post sentencing and reduction of felony charge. I was assured by his assistant that he would call when he returned to the office in the afternoon. I was sure he wouldn't. At 5pm my phone rang and to my surprise he was calling me as promised.
He proceeded to answer all my questions and spent over 30 minutes discussing the case with me. I never felt rushed. He even spent time pulling up the status of the case without me even asking. I have contacted several attorneys in the area. Most of which failed to return my call and others who spent no more than 5 minutes speaking to me about what options were available. I haven't retained Mr. Weinberg yet and most definitely will when I decide to move forward with my case. But in the meantime, I felt compelled to leave a review because I know first hand how overwhelming it is to search for an attorney that you can trust when it comes to criminal defense. An attorney that will still treat you with respect and has tremendous knowledge about the field. He could have charged me for the consult and I wouldn't have disagreed bc he went above and beyond during the consult to discuss all possible options. Even on a Friday evening! Thank you for your professionalism Mr. Weinberg.

I had an extremely difficult situation resulting from an unfair accusation and unfair treatment by the police. I had never been in that situation before. I was in shock and did not know if anyone could really help me. I contacted one attorney and had a long consultation, but did not feel quite right about that person representing me. I did not have confidence that he really cared about my situation. When I came to see Mr. Weinberg, I had a very different experience. He did not judge me at all, listened politely, took notes, and did not charge me more than a reasonable amount, something which I could afford. He is also a good communicator and returned my calls. Within a few days, he called me to tell me the good news, that the district attorney would not file my case based on talking to Mr. Weinberg. Therefore, this was the best possible result. I did not even have to go to court. I am so glad I found Mr. Weinberg. I went back to his office to say thank you personally and he was in a meeting but came out for a minute to speak to me and say "you're very welcome." I hope to NEVER be in any situation like this again. Nevertheless, I would not hesitate to call him again if I ever needed him.

In 2013 I got myself in trouble, facing 5 felonies. My saving grace was that I had never even had a speeding ticket before, but unfortunately I hired the WRONG attorney (Not William Weinberg). I paid around $10,000 for the unnamed attorney to show up and stand next to me. That's it! I am not exaggerating-I have since found out that he had gone into real estate and practiced law on the side (I should have done a better job selecting an attorney at the time-but if you have gone through something like this before, especially for the 1st time, you know how panicked one can be and not think clearly).
I ended up taking a plea deal and served 60 days on house arrest and was convicted of only 3 felonies, with 3 year probation. The world seemed to have ended.
A few months ago, based on the recommendation of my PO, I looked into hiring an attorney to represent me for my request to terminate probation, reduce my felonies to misdemeanors and expunge my record.
I researched and interviewed 4 or 5 attorneys and Mr. Weinberg got the nod. He was very professional and timely in all his communication, very forthright about expectations and economically priced. During our first phone call, he didn't have enough information to answer my questions in detail. He literally asked to give him a few hours so that he could research my case, did so and called me back to give me his thoughts. He didn't even know if I would hire him nor charged me a penny when he spent a at least an hour or two to research my case just so he can speak to me with knowledge of the case. Because of that, I hired him and it was the best decision. "Victory on all fronts!" is what he texted me when we got everything we wanted.
Sure it sounds like I am biased because my case successful, but that's not why I am recommending him. I am recommending him because of all the aforementioned facts. Also something that is not tangible, he seemed to actually care, unlike the first attorney I had hired. Consider hiring Mr. Weinberg, seriously, it may be the best decision you make!
Good luck!
