I not a good writer so i'll make it short and soon as he took my case I was happy he made it possible to get my child I was never present in court but u made me feel like I was always on time got the case close quick best lawyer I ever had

Fernando Acuna handled my case with a professional manner. He always kept me up to date on all matters of the case as well as handling communication with other counsel.

I kept reaching out to see if I can Reopen a custody case again regarding custody issues, contempt of orders and conflicts that were affecting me and my children. And so far my situation did not seem relevant to some extent for the case to be opened again by some consultations I had before, until one day at the right moment I found a lawyer Fernando Acuna who gave me a consultation with full on questions about the situations and the status on the case. He took the time to analyze the facts of the contempt of orders, etc. and how the case can proceed. He also gave great legal advice to someone who needed hope. He did explain every process and explained different scenarios of the case all which led us to have a great outcome. Because I knew the different scenarios and the process of the case it made it easier to believe the best decision will be made in court. And Fernando Acuna made sure to present that to the judge. When I originally filed for custody of my son I was told I was unlikely to obtain equal custody by my previous lawyer. That’s when I decided to get rid of him and I called Fernando.
