The team assigned to my case were awesome! They talked me through every step of the way. When I didn't understand something, they would explain it to where I did. When I was constantly, asking for updates, even if there weren't any, they were understanding. Also, the COMMUNICATION! 10/10! A process no one wants to have to to go through, but Maddi and the team at TorkLaw made it very easy. I was sent to amazing doctors, and after every appointment Maddi checked in with me to see how I was feeling and to see how everything went. There was no pressure for me to do anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Everything was always very clearly explained to me, and any questions I had were immediately answered.
