I had a visit from an ATF agent and did not say a word. I then looked up attorneys and contacted Mr Weinberg who was located in my area and clearly has plenty of experience in dealing with many government agencies in his extensive experience and when I spoke to him I was ready to just pay his retainer fee so that he could speak to the ATF agent and legally represent me immediately without me saying a word. However I explained my story to Mr Weinberg as to why the atf agent may be here (I really did not know the exact reason but knew it could not be good) and he told me to try one thing because he did not want to take my money if it was something small and could be handled on my own. He gave me very clear and concise advice as to how to speak to the agent on the phone, as well as what to not say. I then called the agent and the matter was not as serious as I had expected by any means and I was able to sign a form that I then called back and asked Mr Weinberg if it is ok to do so and he just laughed and said "That's good news!" My point is this, this type of honest advice is pretty rare to come by these days. The fact that Mr Weinberg listened to my whole story and then gave me advice two times on the phone and did not want to take any money from me unless it was absolutely serious with something deeper going on, this is something that lawyers these days do not do. Mr Weinberg is a truly sincere and compassionate attorney that isn't just here to make a quick buck and clearly cares about his clients. This is just an honest review about my experience. If I ever need an attorney in the future, Mr Weinberg is definitely the man I am calling immediately without any hesitation. Thank you so much for all your help Mr Weinberg!!!

I had a great experience with AKPC Law. I was initially very nervous and stressed about the idea of having to go to court, but Arman was able to answer all my questions and assured me everything would be fine. The entire process was very smooth and I was kept informed the entire time!

Mr. Weinberg and his team did an excellent job during this time of COVID to settle my case with satisfactory results and they were communicative even while things were in the air due to local and state shutdowns. They answered all my questions promptly via email or text and I was overall very happy with the results. I highly recommend Mr. Weinberg; their website states “Aggressive, Intelligent Defense” and they provided just that. And, they gave me a free consultation by phone (and they still offer that).

Can't say enough about how great Arman is! He is professional and personable. I watched him on multiple occasions use kindness and civility while talking with opposing counsel, and get the job done. He fought for me, but also was real about what was fair and right for everyone involved. I always felt like he had a good sense of my difficult case, because he took time to understand and listen. I was referred to him by a friend who also has greatly benefited from his heart to help, and show up for his clients. Has been super easy to work with and always fair.

Arman is a rare gem! Not only is he a brilliant attorney, but he truly cares for his clients.
