My husband and I were in need of an attorney, after researching several law offices we contacted Attorney, William Duffy and had a phone consultation with him. We immediately got a sense of relief talking to him about our cases. We could tell how knowledgeable he was and he was able to answer all our questions. We felt confident that he would be able to help us. Every time I emailed him he responded promptly on the same day. Once our court date came up he reminded us that he would be appearing on our behalf. He was able to get our cases dismissed and we are so grateful to have found Attorney William Duffy and his team. Very grateful for the services of Mr. Duffy and his assistant, Mindy. Both so kind and helpful. My court date was changed several times so I was grateful to have Mr. Duffy show up as I could not take that much time off work. He even helped me with some other forms on the side that needed to be filled out aside from my DUI court documents. Very thorough, and straight to the point. I was not misled in anyway. He even somehow reduced my DUI 6-month program to a 3-month one. Highly recommended if you find yourself in a similar situation.

Mr. Duffy and Mindy made this process as easy as it possibly could be. Mindy probably spent more time comforting me than she had time for. I will always appreciate how kind and gracious this office was to me. I was told right away what to expect and they took their time explaining everything to me in a clear and concise way. These guys are the best. Initially I contacted 4 different attorneys and 2 would not give me the time of day due to being overworked. I received Todd's information through a family friend that had similar issues whereby they received excellent results from their case. The team was able to walk me through alot of the process at the very beginning. Every team member, including Katherine was knowledgeable and lowered my stress levels considerably. After meeting with Michael in person he explained the likelihood of outcomes given the situation and made me feel very comfortable about how he was going to attack the problem. We had some issues with the police department not providing the requested video surveillance until the day before the case. We were able to push out the date until we could have time to review. The team walked me through the public hearing and the DMV hearing which I wasn't aware they were separate to begin with. In total I believe we received closure on the matter within a few months and I was on track to get my license back. These guys are great and I am glad I hired them because given my record this would have been a lot worse.
