I cannot say enough good things about this firm and its founder, Navid. I very recently engaged them to represent me in a bogus domestic violence restraining order filed against me by a sibling. within 48 hours of engagement Navid and his team drafted a powerful rebuttal to this order...and in short order flew up to Sacramento to successfully defend me and had the order set aside by the judge! If you ever have a family law related matter these are the guys you want on your side.

After experiencing a lawyer that was very inexperienced it was refreshing to meet with Navid and his staff. Upon our first initial meeting he walked up through our case and informed us how each court appearance would go. We had one of his other lawyers work on our case who was very insightful and tough (what you want with someone on your side) but he also provided facts, weeded through the BS and help give us a sign of relief when the court dates drew closer and paperwork needed to be submitted . Navid and James have both gone above and beyond our expectations and very happy with the outcome thus far. We appreciate the attention to detail concerning the children involved and re directing the other side back to why we are there in the first place. Navid is not afraid to get his hands dirty and that does help when you have a clean cut case with a difficult other party. Mr. Moshtael and his entire team are absolutely amazing at fighting for you and delivering results. Mr. Moshtael accepted my case with less than 24 hours notice of a court date. Hannah was the first person I spoke with and she was so helpful, explaining what the orders meant, what Mr. Moshtael and his team would do, and scheduled a consultation. Sherri met me at the courthouse the morning of the hearing and went over everything with me, collected information, she was also able to serve an order of protection for me. When Mr. Moshtael arrived he spoke with me about his plan for that day, within 20 minutes my response to the order was filed. I was approached by a former in law who tried to talk to me, when Mr. Moshtael returned I told him what happened, he had me point out who it was and he went right over and told her that she was to not speak to me again or she would receive a restraining order. He made sure that no one would talk to me or harass me. They sent me back to their office to meet with Erin to give my statement and fill out all of the appropriate paperwork. After we had to go back to the courthouse where Sherri met us, this day I did not have to testify, so Sherri waited right outside the door so that she could get the results and let us know. Mr. Moshtael and his team fought for me that day, they protected me, they advised me of what needed to be done quickly. They ensured that I walked away that day without anything against me. I look forward to continue working with Mr. Moshtael, I trust that he will continue to fight and protect me to get the results that are needed and he has the best interest of my son at heart.

Top notch attorney, I came to his office with a difficult out of state custody case which he resolved and got sole custody of my child in two hearings. Excellent staff very knowledgeable and responsive. Always ready to answer my questions, phone calls, emails and text. Very thankful and pleased with their service.

I highly recommend Navid and his amazing team. I reached out to him on yelp and he answered me right away. From the moment I talked to him, he understood exactly what I wanted to accomplish. He’s very reliable. When you have questions, he or his team will answer right away. When there is an issue, they mitigate resolutions. Navid and his team are very thorough. I won’t get into my case but Navid said all the right questions to help expedite my case due to certain circumstances. I'm overall VERY happy with Navid and his work and support. He really brought it on during the hearing and far exceeded my expectations. He put me at ease and really fought for me. He made me feel so cared for and also kept things realistic. He really followed through. He keeps his composure, is able to joke with/charm the judge, is aggressive and collected and calculated. He knows the game and how to win for you! I didn't get everything I wanted and there is still a lot to do but i won in so many ways and it exceeded my expectations. I'm Very happy with Navid. Once I finally got to meet with him and he was focused on my case, this is where I knew I was with THE VERY best and I'm so happy with my decision to hire him. Other than that, It is sometimes difficult for me personally because I want more communication with my attorney in general to feel at ease during the time I'm not in court. I'm learning the ropes of how everything works going through a divorce etc. And this only adds to the emotional rollercoaster one can be on through this difficult time with needing support but there is a balance as this costs more money, I know. Do the work you need to do, get the support you need, trust Navid and he'll kill it. You can't always count on the scheduled timing for meetings or getting back to your emails or phone calls but that is the nature of this. Thats my only disappointment. However; he knows what is really important. He eventually does get back and knows when and what to focus on and keep you on track. He is a busy guy and handles a lot of cases but if you want the VERY best, it's Navid. Navid commands the room and knows where to strike and how to get the most of what you want. He is truly OUTSTANDING and am Soo happy to have him on my case!!! I know I'm safe with him! My case isn't done, so I will post another in a couple months or so after more is done.

It can be very stressful when you are under the a case against you and it can be even more stressful when you don't know where to find a good lawyer who would really help you out, not just keeps charging you for doing nothing. The key issue to my case is all about the prompt negotiations with the other side. I've seen how Navid fixed it with just a simple phone call. He is very convincing when he talks to the other side on behalf of you and he knows how to make the other side listen to his words. You will notice he considers things thoroughly if you are a very detailed thinker like me. My case is not closed yet but I believe with Navid's prompt contact and excellent negotiation skills with the other side my case will be going to the right direction.
