Strongly advise against using this firm, in my case, the damage caused to my case, my family, and my health is beyond repair. Wholly incompetent, poor or no response to phone calls, e-mails whether it be me the client or opposing council often lost in their mode of operation. Numerous times they were not even aware of sanctions or filings as they are completely unorganized in my case. Most of the work provided was sloppy, copy and paste type, rushed last minute or weeks late. Sanctions requested a numbers of times by opposing Council due to lack of attention, lack of response to emails, phone calls etc. While there are good people within the firm, I was passed around from paralegal they had acting as an attorney in court filings, one attorney after another, all aware of the problems, the lack of quality control from the top to bottom, all very sorry for what the firm had put me through, all in disbelief at the level of incompetence, lack of accountability. The Law is a profession, time with a used car salesman or a year and a half visit to a bad dentist would better describe my experience with this firm, and I am not the only one , If looking for an attorney I strongly advise a visit to the California State Bar and do attorney search. In this profession, the bar acts to protect clients from attorneys “malpracticeing “ the law. Stinks of incompetence from the Top!

Court rooms can be an intimidating place for many. This was my first court appearance with Navid. He stayed cool and collected under pressure. The Opposing Counsel was quite argumentative but Navid held class and tact throughout. He did not succumb to pressure, knew what I wanted, and held firm. From the onset, the firm and its people have been very professional, providing excellent customer service. Going through this process is very hard at many levels but having trust in people that are fighting for you is paramount.
