Ashkan is an outstanding Attony; Ashkan help me to petition for my husband who previously had a visa denial; after presenting with all the proofs we can get to state department. Finally we got the visa and my husband reunite with his family again. All that work couldn’t be possible without Ashkan’s help.

If I had a choice, I would give them zero star!!! Way too unorganized. Their staff literally know nothing. They charge you first before you actually book your appointment!!! I paid 200 dollars, and they asked me to contact them to make an appointment; after calling them, a lady told me she will talk to the attorney to schedule a consultation. After two days, they sent me an email with a day and time scheduled along with a zoom link (they didn’t even ask me if that works for me); I canceled that. After cancellation, they asked me to contact the office and reschedule the appointment, after calling them, he said he will be talking with the attorney and send me a new schedule; I asked him if it is possible, set the appointment on Thursday MORNING. Although I wanted to be scheduled in the morning, they sent me an email with new schedule on Thursday at 12:30 pm!!!!!!!! (Also, no time zone was mentioned in the email; I’m living in Midwest and our time zone is different than west coast, so the time zone MUST be specified). The email also had no zoom link. I reached them out for 3 times via chat and email to ask them for providing zoom link and clarifying the time zone, but every time they said they will talk to attorney, and they will let me know which it never happened. Finally, on Thursday at 2:30 pm CST he sent me the zoom link :) Embarrassing.

Highly recommend for all your green card and immigration needs. I was mostly impressed with how they would respond to my questions almost immediately and made the overall process incredibly smooth. Though the process took longer than expected due to delays caused by the Pandemic , these team of lawyers, Emir in particular eased my worries through and through with their professionalism. Highly recommend.
