I hired Kelly to help me prove to the Court that my ex was endangering my son by neglecting him over years of drug addiction and failed recovery attempts. Finally, after fighting my ex , the lawyers and the family's efforts to hide the problem--Kelly got the Court to order drug testing and evaluation, which proved what I suspected. I have my son now safe and secure with me, transitioning to recover from the years of neglect that he experienced. Kelly treated us like we were her own family, and endured the struggles with us, and finally celebrated justice with the same tears of joy we had. I am so grateful to have found such a dedicated and hard fighting advocate for my son.

Kelly Miller is very professional and we are happy that we found her indirectly through a Christian professional directory. At first we were a little skeptical (probably because of previous experience with attorneys), but when we saw her in action in the courtroom where it counts, she was great. She was assertive when needed, but was also empathetic and understanding when gathering all the facts. Ms. Miller helped me through the most difficult time of my life. She had the respect of the judge in our case and was able to stand firm against two different lawyers that my husband had. She was fair and conservative on fees and in her billing and was able to recover attorneys fees from my husband.
