Lack of communication and updates on the case progress
“I had written a bad review due to the bad customer service and they called me to make it better but it seems that it was just a tactic to take it down. It's been months and if my case is still how it was before that's all I'd like to know. Just some simple feedback/updates.”

Unresponsive and unethical behavior in some cases
