Getting my workers compensation involved with Mehr has been an absolutely terrible decision. I implore you all to seek other firms to take care of you, because if you sign with Mehr, you will have a new case manager every 2 months, the case managers literally couldn’t care less about you and in my case will absolutely destroy your case due to negligence. Berenice & Evelyn are just a few of the terrible employees that work there. Their stupidity can spoil your entire settlement, and on top of that they are RUDE. I wouldn’t go anywhere near this firm in the future and wish I could’ve signed my case to someone else. Don’t make the same mistake I did.

I had a great experience working with Mehr & Associates. Never been through a worker's compensation case but Ms Matilde Barrera was a true professional. She explained every step of the process clearly and made the case as smoothly as possible. Ms Barrera worked hard to reach an equitable settlement. She is a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend Mehr & Associates to anyone who sustained a workplace injury.

I cannot speak enough about Angie Kwik. I was in an ugly and lengthy lawsuit with Orange County Sanitation District. That organization put me through something awful. The employees were amazing, but the leadership was below standard and completely abused me as a woman and a professional medical person. After six years of fighting and they went through four different attorneys, I WON!!!! Angie took them all down. She fought a good fight and won. She is very communicative; she answers any of your questions. She gives excellent service and support. Angie comes across as professional and quiet, you get her in a deposition or courtroom, she is a pit-bull and is not fazed by any aggressive male attorney. She invests in her clients and when others turned their back, I gave Angie plenty of opportunity to drop me. She had faith in me and what I went through and held me high. Angie is a Workers Compensation attorney and Employee Labor attorney, she and her team are superb, exceptional, and no one is better. In the end I received a great settlement, the judge stated that Orange County Sanitation District did not act in good faith, they were 80% at fault. I couldn't have fought and won, especially a public entity, if it wasn't for Angie Kwik. I am forever grateful and blessed.

I got hurt on the job as an electrician in 2020. My employer fired me and blamed me for the accident. I called Sweet James and they connected me to Mehr and Associates. When I tell that these lawyers are relentless hyenas, I mean would not quit until I received a fair compensation! Even when I thought it was a lost cause they assured me that I was going to be taken care of and properly compensated. 2 1/2 yrs later I was rewarded 30 grand! Love u guys!

Great office team.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION: This location seems more like a brokerage for clients and “by the hour” attorneys. You will NEVER speak to an attorney just office staff. In the 6years I have been going through this they will not give me an attorney’s name just a case manager. My court records have a different attorney listed each time I look it up. I have repeatedly asked for a call back and get nothing! I’m so tired of no progress. I have my job position due to me not being able to perform. This office did nothing to assist me with getting workers compensation when I was denied. I have had no income for years over this. Lost my home and my car. All this office tells me is “maybe consider getting a job somewhere else”. How the heck does that work if I can’t work my job but I can work somewhere else for my case??? I’m moving to another attorney who also said I should sue this office.
