My husband and I went through an incredibly unfortunate situation where my mother had a brain aneurysm and we had to file for Conservatorship of her person and estate. Needless to say it was an incredibly expensive and painful situation. After the loss of my mom, it was further compounded how important the work that Kevin and his firm does for his clients. We can tell you from personal experience that not having a trust not only impacts you; but your family. My mom was a federal prosecutor and she did not have a trust. She sincerely thought she had time, until she did not. My husband and I cannot urge anyone looking to not only employ Kevin but take this process as an opportunity to protect yourself and those you love. Kevin and his firm think of all elements, forced us to have discussions we did not want to have as new parents and coached us through every step. Everyone should have a trust. I speak from Both a personal and financially painful process, you need Kevin. Do not wait, call him, make the appointment and ensure you have your trust set up. Your future self will appreciate your call to Kevin- we promise.

Due to the recent changes in the law as a result of the passage of California's Proposition 19, we found ourselves in need of expert counsel and found that in Snyder Law. While we were totally unprepared for the consequences of these new laws, Kevin was extremely knowledgeable in this area and provided us the necessary advice to move forward with the creation of two new property trusts. Even though there was a fast-approaching deadline, Kevin, Carolyn and Hannah worked seamlessly together to meet that date. It is so comforting to know that our future plans for our children have been so well taken care of by Snyder Law. While the understanding and administration of these complicated issues was very important to us, it was also such a pleasure to work with a group of people who obviously care about their clients and bring a personable touch to the process. We highly recommend Snyder Law and look forward to a continued relationship with them.

Before we met Kevin and his team at Snyder Law, much like many people, we do not generally like attorneys (just try to be honest here)...but then, Kevin and his team changed our perspectives. Not only we received outstanding professional services from them, they are also fun to meet and work with (fun? attorney and law firm? Yip, you bet!), and they truly care about their clients -- not the kind of on-surface "we do these because you are paying us", but they go beyond what we expected and they are for the long haul building a lasting relation with their clients. Another stand-out of Snyder Law is that they communicate with us in ways that we normal people can understand (unlike some other law firms who speak like we graduated with them in the same law classes). We love seeing Kevin and his team so much that we would move our work stations there if we can, haha! (Okay, this part is really just for the great coffee they have).

Doug and I want to THANK the Snyder Law PC team for helping to make our long put off experience in getting a trust a good experience We appreciated not only their thoroughness but the fun extras like surprising Doug with a team Birthday greeting. Also being invited to the Company Christmas party was delightful. When it came time to update our family estate documents, we were referred to Snyder Law through a mutual connection. From the moment we stepped into their office, the experience could not have been any better. We were truly treated like family. Kevin was fantastic, breaking every aspect of the estate plan into easy to understand segments, and he takes as much time as needed to ensure you are comfortable with his suggestions and recommendations. When we came back for the signing of the documents, it was a top notch professional experience. Everything was well laid out and organized, all documents and next steps were explained, and any questions were thoroughly answered. After spending many months looking for an attorney to create a living trust we found the absolute best in southern California.Snyder Law has been helping us create a foolproof (and idiot proof) living trust that is easy to understand and covers anything and everything that could possibly occur in the future.We started with regular zoom meetings with Kevin to get us started and to fully understand what needed to be done and what was expected of us to create the trust.We then went to their office where we met with Carolyn Snyder and we went over every possible aspect of the trust and signed the documents.We also have the option to have continued care so we can update and/or change anything as we get older and life changes.I would highly recommend Snyder Law to anyone who has questions about creating a trust or (and more importantly) actually doing it.After years of procrastinating we finally did it and feel like we have had a huge weight lifted off of us.Too bad I can’t add stars to this review beyond the 5 already here.

Kevin Snyder and his team were excellent. Every step of the way, they made time for our questions and explained everything in a really clear, easy to understand manner. They're also just really nice people, which makes a somewhat difficult process so much easier. Would highly recommend.
