Kate Hartman is terrific. She is handling my case and she is on-task, responsive, ethical and very thorough. She is also prepared and has always been early when we are scheduled to meet. I am a Plaintiff in a case and she has patiently listened to hours of details regarding my case. Kate Hartman not only understands the information provided to her - she is able to communicate this information in the depositions and when filing declarations, interrogatories, etc. Although I know Kate has other cases and work to do, when I call with a question, she is available to take my call and makes me feel as if I am her only client. She is able to listen without interrupting and after each meeting, phone conversation with Kate I feel confident that she knows what she is doing.
