I want to thank Navid, Brett and the team for all their support and professionalism during the past couple of years with trials, depositions, and many issues along the way. If not for them, I am not sure I would be where I am today. I want to give a special shout out to Kim for her support, reassurance, and kindness during a very difficult time for me. I felt like she was truly fighting for my son along side me. Custody issues aren’t easy, but issues with safety and the well-being of your child is on a new level and I am so grateful to have Navid and his wonderful team. I sleep well at night knowing my son is safe and will grow up in a healthy and stable environment with guidelines in place to help better co-parent for my son. I can’t thank you all enough!

Even though I have been divorced for a decade it has been a constant battle with my ex over money and time with my children. Over the last two years my ex-wife actively engaged behaviors that were harming myself and my children forcing me to take legal action. There are times in life when you need an advocate who will fight for you. Navid Moshtael was the only Attorney I found who knows how to fight for a father’s rights. Although I live in San Diego, I went to Navid and his firm in Irvine. Never let geography limit your need for the best representation. Navid, Kimberly Williams, Monique Russel and the rest of his team are top notch professionals who will work with you and ensure you understand every aspect of the process as you go through it. Navid and team created a strategy and put that into action as a Stipulation and Order (S&O). They worked to ensure it represented my wishes and the best interests of my children. I am happy to say that we achieved a positive outcome and we were able to get the S&O signed. Some things to remember when choosing an attorney. Do they have a good team? Do they communicate with you? Can you reach them by cell phone in an emergency? Do they get the job done? I can say that the answer was YES to all of those questions. I would not hesitate to refer Navid Moshtael and Moshtael Family Law to anyone.

Confusing because the name isn't the same as this one lists. Also why would I pay 1000s of dollars to have a paralegal process my somewhat complicated situation. I think I'll stick to alternatives online.
