Mr. Razai is a proactive attorney that never lets anything slip through the cracks. He is forthcoming with all the possible outcomes so you can make informed decisions. He also explains the law in a way that is methodical, so things are more clearly understood. There is no middle-man to deal with as he deals directly with your case, so he is always available to respond to emails and phone calls. Previously, I was dealing with an attorney that I had spent $10k to carryout a set aside that should have taken 3 mos, but took 7 mos. I needed to get my kids back from a my children's narcissistic father who had played the judge at a custody hearing and did not tell the court that I had an excused non-appearance, therefore granted him the custody schedule he had been seeking - a 20/80 timeshare! Mr. Razai took on my case and handled it as if he's done it a thousand times before. I hired Mr. Razai, who had a clear hold on the Orange County court system and the Family Law judges which gave me a sense of comfort. It also helped that he was a parent himself. But more importantly, he wrote an article about the phenomenon of the narcissistic father battling divorce and acted accordingly during my case. Considering this, I was impressed that Mr. Razai was able to keep the custody and child support hearings out of court which saved me a lot of grief and exorbitant costs. Mr. Razai was recommended to me by a friend and I would do the same for anyone who is looking to defend your case in a succinct, professional manner. He is a hero in our household because he was able to get my ex to rightfully change our timeshare back to 50/50 AND defend my case against child support modification.

Shakeb is not only and outstanding lawyer, but also an exceptional human being! He made my divorce process manageable. He was always available when I needed him-- day or night. His responses to the opposing attorney were also written in a timely manner. After the divorce was final, he met with my son to speak to him about a law career. When I was taken back to court over a custody issue, Shakeb was back in my life to ensure proper management of the case. I don't think I would have survived the process without him!

As a father fighting to have Rights to be with their child is tough. I had one weekend a month because my child was an still is living in Phoenix while I lived in Orange County. My child's mother did not want to give me more time with our son and so I took it to court and hired Shakeb. After hiring Shakeb, my 1 weekend a month turned into 50/50, both parents were responsible for pickup/drop off, and holidays were shared equally. Sure it was a tough battle, however, because of Shakebs expertise, he helped me walk through every process as well as provide me recommendations and explained to me what the worst case scenarios could be. The outcome was well worth more than the I expected an now I I have my child a lot more and I could not be more satisfied with what Shakeb did for me.

After working with a previous attorney whose only goal seemed to be to bill me till there were no more funds left, I was referred to Shakeb by a friend. I was so fed up with my current attorney who could not get anything done other than to send out bills, so I made an appointment to meet with Shakeb. After meeting with Shakeb, who did not bill me to meet with him unlike my prior attorney, I hired him to handle and finish my divorce. He was so efficient and fair and even corrected all the errors that my prior attorney had made . I have at this point referred him to any friends or customers of mine who are looking for an honest and fair divorce attorney. A friend of mine who I referred to Shakeb and whom she hired said it best. " Shakeb did for me in 4 days what my current attorney could not do in 4 years". That to me pretty much says it all. I cannot say enough about Shakeb for what he did for me and for treating me fairly with the goal of getting my divorce closed versus working to drag it as long as possible which seems to be the goal of most others. If ur looking for a lawyer who is honest and forward and can get things done in the fastest most economical way possible, he is ur guy.He works hard for u and stands behind his work and more.He doesn't give u the run around the other lawyers do. He does the whole work himself so when it comes to trail time(god forbid)he knows how to handle ur case.He doesn't have to look over his shoulders to ask some assistant lawyer to brief him on what is going on .He fights for u with all he got and that is rare these days.I had a privileged of being his client for more than2 years and every time my case has been nothing but success with him.
