Mr. Smith and his staff did a 10-stars EXCELLENT job for me to update my estate plan. They ALL were MOST patient, courteous, respectful, friendly and made me feel comfortable throughout the process which was emotional for me with the contemplated changes. Mr. Smith and his paralegal, Irene Bacunawa, took every step to insure I was happy and totally understood the process with their 100% professionalism. They "held my hand" with the utmost patience. The entire journey was handled MOST efficiently. I could not have been happier or more satisfied. Had I known what a pleasant experience Mr. Smith and Miss Bacunawa would create for me, I wouldn't have put it off so long. They patiently answered question after question. I would recommend Mr. Smith and his team without reservation - - they all were absolutely wonderful and I am VERY happy! They are "the best in the business!"
