I am so grateful for Clark Fielding and the entire team at Fielding Law, APC. I was recently in an accident and did not know what to do. I was able to get treatment from the medical side of things, but when it came to talking with the insurance and trying to figure out how to get the insurance to pay for my medical bill, I was at a complete loss. Clark and his team are top notch. You will not find a better attorney to represent you in a personal injury case. My case was handled by Clark Fielding personally, and he was great. He always spent time with me on the phone to explain the details of my case and answer my questions. I've never been in a lawsuit before, so I had a lot of concerns going into it. I had done some research into other firms and although I found a few that would work for less, I realize that you get what you pay for. Their team was always looking out for me and was focused on my recovery from the accident. In the end, I received significantly more from the settlement than I had anticipated, and their team did not disappoint. My insurance company was incredibly difficult to work with. They negotiated a policy limits claim and were able to significantly reduce my medical bills. As is with most cases, the financial compensation doesn't balance out the impact that the accident had on my life, but the team did everything they could to represent me and looked out for my best interest. Hopefully I will never need personal injury representation again, but if I do, they will be my first call. They earned every penny of their attorney fee and I will refer them whenever I can.

Discussed my situation with the receptionist over the phone and after paid 120$ for a phone consultation he told me there is nothing we could do in your case! Seriously?! Then why I was pushed for a consult?!
