Nour was our case manager and always made sure we knew what was going on. Sadly had to use this firm again but I’m glad they are around to help us through this difficult and stressful process. It just makes it less stressful when you are healing from injuries.

I have experienced two different feelings with Samer Habbas & Associates since we had to switch our case managers in the middle of the process and it’s wasn’t nice to explain everything from scratch and look up for what I’ve submitted previously to the previous case manager. Overall my experience was positive and new case manager whose name is “Oscar” was always responsive and easy to deal with. Moreover I would say the whole team did a great job and help me with my case.
