I was luckily referred to Samer Habbas after being on receiving end of hit&run drunk driver. The driver’s insurance was extremely reluctant to even pay out on the most minimum of policies, and that’s when Mr. Habbas himself took my case and demanded settlement, and to the policy limit. I received everything that was possible, and although the experience was ultimately not worth any settlement, Mr. Habbas and Julissa were there to help ease the process as much as possible when dealing with difficult car insurance companies. It is never a good position when you have seek representation from an accident attorney, but considering the people you will encounter along this process, you will feel more comforted by the professionalism Habbas & Assoc. will provide during this difficult time.
